I had already had four real estate sales people give me appraisals, all suggesting a price bracket. Mark suggested a PROCESS that he was confident would sell the house. It had to do with him working untiringly for me. Not stopping at the first offer, but continually looking for the best available price and outcome.
I must confess I was very dubious but given my friends faith in him, I decided to give Mark the job. I am so glad that I did. Mark delivered every promise that he made to me. I agreed to the first offer, $20,000 more than I needed, two days after going on the market.
Mark kept up with the open houses and stayed in constant communication with me until the documents were signed.
He didn’t stop there. Mark met the buyer on several occasions helping him with his needs while staying in contact with me.

Selling a Property
As a mature person this was only the second time I have had to sell a property. To make it more stressful the property was not mine and I wanted to the best outcome for my brother who could not handle the sale through his general poor health. It also was his only asset. Where to start.
I looked through the local agent listing and made a short list of the agents that seemed to present their listings in the media as well as their shop front in a positive way. I was then given a card of an agent outside the area that had sold a property in the same street some time ago. The seller was full of praise on the professional manner displayed by the agent. I contacted the agent and explained the property and the ownership. He confirmed an appointment at the property. That’s is what I was looking for I needed help.
My first meeting at the property was very professional and informative. The agent had done his homework and came with a schedule of the property including others property’s that were available as well as a market update on the area. The agent was Mark White. This information professionally presented gave me confidence as I lived in another area and had no local knowledge. The background that I gained from this meeting, as well as the professional approach displayed by Mark, made the agent decision for me, I listed the property immediately without contacting other agents. WHY?
He was professional he was prepared and you could see he was passionate about what he did. This lifted a heavy burden from my shoulders as it is not every day that you sell your property let alone someone else’s. Mark had developed a possible customer database that is only achieved over time and that gave the listing a possible buyer interest base from the start. In no time at all (days) Mark had developed strong buyer interest in the property. This is where the difference began to show. Mark worked his historical database as well as new interest to develop some competitive possible ownership between his clients.
Next thing there were three people interested in the property that were prepared to sign a contract for the property, not one but three signed contracts, there is not many agents that have this ability. He had created a desire to own the property between the interested purchasers. It gave me and my brother comfort. The contracted price was greater than our expectations and the time to contract was much shorter than the normal sale time for the area.
If you are looking to sell or buy a property which is a daunting task as we only do it once or twice in a lifetime contact Mark White he is professional and knows the industry. Most of all he works for you not just a sale. Along the way he keeps you informed.

Here are the FACTS, sold my place in 3 weeks at a price we were very happy with,
got me an extra $5400 for extras I sold with the house,
each open home was well marketed and therefore well attended ,
the person who purchased our home came via a open home.
He got 4 offers on our home and the price just kept going up,
he followed up on the day with every person who attended our open home,
he contacted every person on his data base that was looking for a home similar to ours,
he would contact us on the day after every open home and give us a report.
This man works for every dollar he is entitled too, he negotiated the sales of our home at 10pm at night in our house, who does that!!!!!!. He will always be honest with you, has amazing integrity and is not the cheapest agent either so if you want cheap commission don't consider Mark because quite frankly its a kick in the teeth to what this man can do for you.
I have recommended 2 of my friends to use Mark White and in my opinion that is far greater then any testimonial I can write here.
